Suspendem is always looking to enhance our teams.  We have a core group of technicians that work annually with us and we hire technicians for contracts as the need arises.  We gather resumes in a resume bank and reach out to individuals when new contracts arise.  Suspendem has three types of technicians, windmill technician, composites technician and rope access technicians.  Ideally, our technicians are a mix of these three.  Below is a brief description of the experience, attributes and minimum certification required to start work with Suspendem.

 

At Suspendem all employees are exected to be professional, provide high quality service and be flexible to travel and perform physically demanding  jobs at height (300ft+).  Experience in the windpower industry, blade repair, composite work, rope access, mechanics and other trades are helpful.   Basic skills with MS office, internet, email and photos is a plus.

 

Windmill Technician:  Ideally have experience in windpower industry, be mechanically inclined, willing to travel.  MUST HAVE VALID: first aid/CPR, work at height/fall protection, confined space and LOTO certification .

 

Composite Technician: Experience or schooling in blade repair or related composite work, willing to travel.  MUST HAVE VALID: first aid/CPR, work at height/fall protection, confined space and LOTO certification .
